General- We reserve the right, at any time, to alter, modify, or update the merchandise without prior notice.

- Color/design for some items may differs slightly between packages.
- All prices are listed in US currency.
- We work very hard to provide you with the highest quality images and color accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee how images will appear on your computer. Monitors and system configuration may impact color accuracy.
Privacy- Any information you provided is used to process your order only. We will not shared, exchange, sell or rent any of your personal information with any third party or anyone without your consent.
Payment- We accept payment through Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Cashier Check, Personal Check, and Money Order.
- Credit cards will be charges under the merchant name of Skynet Group, Inc.
- Personal check payment please allow at least 4-8 business days for the check to clear.
- Our company is a New York State Corporation, and to comply to NYS law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to a New York State address.
- All payments are processed online throught a secure server using industry standard SSL encrytion.
Shipping and Handling- All orders wil be confirmed via e-mail.
- Domestic shipment will be sent via USPS Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.
- USPS First Class Mail usually takes 6-10 business days
- USPS Parcel Post usually takes 4-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 buiness days
- International shipment will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Normal delivery is 7-10 business days given no delay at custom.
- Please note that once the package is shipped, USPS Post Service controls how long it actually takes for the package to be delivered. The above shipping time frame is provided by USPS as a reference only.
- All in stock orders (excluding special orders, special request, personal check payment) are usually shipped within the next business days after payment is received.
- To protect both our company and the customers from potential fraud, package can only be sent to the same address as the credit card billing address, or to a PayPal confirmed address.
- Upon special request to receive the package within a certail time frame, we will try our best to accomdate the request, and there will be extra charge added to the shipment.
Out of Stock Items or Back Orders- If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you directly via email to discuess possible substitutes, options, and delivery timeframes.
Return Policy- Your satisfaction is very important to us. Every item purchased come with money back guarantee minus shipping charge.
- All merchandise returned must be in its original states with tag intact, undamaged, and unused.
- Please notify us by email at sales@karensfashion.com regarding any returns.
- Any return must be made within 15 days of receipt.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise to us.
- All shipping, handling, insurance, and other fee associated with the returned merchandise are not refundable.
- Upon receipt and careful examination of the returned merchandise, your account will be credited with the refund. You will be notified via email after the refund is processed.
- All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to.
- Please allow at least 1 week from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.
- Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned merchandise.
